Bridgeford has a special place in our hearts - a place that brings us joy, peace and adventure. We love hosting events here for friends and family as it allows us to create unique experiences each time. Through Bridgeford's breathtaking landscape, glistening dam and peaceful venue areas - it can create an "escape from reality" feeling.
We have decided to share this feeling with the public, so you too can experience what we get to so often. Our vision is to be able to customise this venue for each hired event- allowing clients to have the opportunity to create their very own vision of how they want their special day to look and feel.
The Venue
Make Bridgeford your own
We offer options regarding how you would like your event setup to look and feel. These options will indicate how involved you would like us to be in sourcing any add-ons. Bridgeford has a set price for hire that you will be charged before any add-ons.
These add-ons will include providing you with options of marquees, caterers, interior décor companies and entertainment options. You can then choose if you would like us to source any of these add-ons in addition to your hire. The idea here is to give you a diverse range of options to choose from in order to create an event as close as possible to what you envisioned.

Venue hire
Bridgeford is available for hire for various events, from weddings and private events or parties as well as fishing competitions and camping.
Our grounds have toilets and shower facilities, a bar, a kitchen, a braai area and a lapa. We have a large area of flat land next to our bar which was created to facilitate a marquee for weddings and other special occasions

About Bridgeford
Our wedding day at Bridgeford was the most special day of our lives. We were blessed with a crisp, clear winter's day that showcased Bridgeford at it's best. One moment that stands out was standing on the deck cutting our cake, with the dam, trees and open farmland around us and all our favourite people gathered, cheering us on. We were also blessed with the most beautiful sunset, which set the tone for the evening and made for stunning photos. It was truly joyful day, filled with soul, and we still receive so many compliments and fond memories of it.

Bridgeford has a special place in our hearts - a place that brings us joy, peace and adventure. It’s been a big part of our lives for a really long time as it is located on one of dad’s farms. With that being said, we have grown up here and have loved hosting events for friends and family- allowing us to create unique experiences each time.
